Rafael Peria de Sene is a Technical Program Manager at the Linux Foundation and RISC-V International, bringing more than 15 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership. In his role, he is responsible for orchestrating the work required to develop and advance the RISC-V open standard, coordinating the efforts of over 50 technical committees that are driving its technical progress.

He has been instrumental in the global expansion of the RISC-V ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on fostering growth and adoption across Latin America.

A strong advocate for open technologies and collaborative innovation, Mr. Peria de Sene is also dedicated to mentoring emerging professionals. Outside of his professional commitments, he is an avid mountain biking enthusiast.
